VirtualHere For Steam Link Download Youtube

About This Software VirtualHere allows you to use the XBox One Wireless Controller, steering wheels, microphone, headphones, flight sticks, PS3 controllers, bluetooth adapters, and many other USB devices directly on your Steam Link!Click here for FAQVirtualHere improves the compatibility of most gaming controllers because it transmits the actual USB signal between the Steam Link and the remote pc. The remote PC thinks the gaming controller is local to it, whereas really its plugged into your Steam Link. VirtualHere uses the Steam Link network connection as a USB cable and you can share up to 3 devices at a time with VirtualHere 7aa9394dea Title: VirtualHere For Steam LinkGenre: UtilitiesDeveloper:VirtualHere Pty. Works perfectly! Great response time from the developer too if you ask any questions.. I bought this in trying to connect my generic controllers to my steam link. It would barely even work, I did everything in order to try and get this product to work but it never did. It would work for a few seconds and then not even register I had my controllers in. It's a shame that I even had to buy this for 12 dollars in order to get my controllers to even hardly work. If you are in the same situation I'm in and you're thinking "Maybe this will help my generic controllers work" do not buy it at all. What a waste of money and time.. UPDATE:Kudos to the Devs!Originally I was disappointed because VirtualHere would not at all work with the Steam Link App (Android), but then they added it. Unfortunately it was then impossible to pass through the Steam Controller (because, for whatever reason, Valve made that decission?!) and I wrote my initial review to which VirtualHere replied, they passed that issue allong to Valve.ONLY ONE UPDATE LATER they have already changed this restriction and now I can pass through my Steam Controller (both wired or with the Dongle) to my PC! I am certain that this has improved input latency and stability (no more jittering), over using bluetoothGreat Support from VirtualHere and Valve! I can recommend it without reservation now and would even go further to advise using VirtualHere if you have a Shield TV (or any other Android TV with available USB ports) and use the Steam Link App. Xbone wireless dongle worked but when my friends came over, we had so much controllers problem where multiple controller controlled same caracters. Uninstalled this **** and tadaa, we could play together! Tried to refund, not so successful.... All I wanted to do was use an Xbox One controller. Went through the install process five seperate times and finally got it to work on the Steam link....then I unplugged it from the Steam link. Now it only works plugged in which defeats the purpose and when I unplug it, my Steam client on the PC and the link disconnect from each other. Controller support should've been included with the purchase price of the link and then to charge another 10.00 to be able to use multiple devices with the link is outright robbery. Hopefully the Steam controller ends up not being a waste when I getused to it since I haven't even been able to play anything yet. I know the the comments are going to be why I just don't look up the fix on the forums but I shouldn't have to look up fixes for anything that should work out of the box. Updated VirtualHere USB Client to 4.0.6: This provides further stability improvements. Updated VirtualHere to 4.5.4: This should fix the Notification popup issue that people were reporting.. VirtualHere now integrated with Steam Link Raspberry Pi build: VirtualHere is now integrated into the Steam Link Raspberry Pi Edition. So if you own VirtualHere already you have access to this platform now as well, (for no additional charge)The Pi3 has a quad-core fast CPU and VirtualHere runs well on it.. Updated VirtualHere client to 4.5.2: Update the virtualhere client to 4.5.2 which provides the following changes:* Added ability to see latency graph* Slightly improved performance* Added fix to improve support for certain devices. Updated client to 3.8.5: This improves general stability and fixes an osx kernel panic in the osx client. Fixed BSOD in win7 with multiple xbox controlers: Some xbox controllers have identical serial numbers. This caused a BSOD in windows 7 (or earlier windows). this is now fixed. Updated client to 4.4.0: Updated the virtualhere client to 4.4.0 this has a few minor fixes. Updated Virtualhere Client to 4.2.9: Fixed support for microphones directly plugged into wired xbox controller. Updated VirtualHere Client to 3.8.9: Fixes an issue where an in-use gaming device may prevent windows from shutting down quickly
